  • What are the delivery and self-collection options?
  • I was not home when item was delivered
    Our driver will attempt to reach you at the contact number that you have provided. If no one is present or contactable for further instructions, your package will be left at the riser, door, gate or security. For other preferred arrangements, please leave us a note before your package is dispatched.
  • I missed my delivery because the driver is not granted access due to my residential security. What should I do?
    The products will be returned to our warehouse. You may arrange with us for self-collection or redeliver for a fee of $10. We strongly recommend you to ensure the accuracy of shipping option, address and contact information submitted to ensure a pleasant fulfillment experience.
  • I have not received my parcel
    We sincerely apologise if you are experiencing this. If you have the invoice number from your confirmation email, you may drop us a call and we will be glad to run a check for you.
  • Do you provide international shipment
    We do not ship internationally right now
  • Can I do an exchange of my item?
    Kindly return items to us within 3 days. Items for exchanges should meet the following requirements: 1. Item returned should be in original & sealed packaging. Broken seals will not be accepted 2. Bring along a print out of the order confirmation email Items not eligible for returns: 1. Items that are purchased from a promotional bundle 2. Items purchased with discount codes, i.e. happydrink 3. Customers who had a history of returning more than 3 items We regret to inform that customers who decline to respect our policy will be ineligible for returns or refunds.
  • How do I return the parcel?
    Please call in to us and arrange an appointment to do the exchanges. This is so that we can better serve your needs. We do not accept walk-ins.
